🎒 建議攜帶物品/What to Bring

• 至少 1 公升的水
• 點心
• 防曬用品（帽子、墨鏡、防曬乳）;
• 好走的登山鞋 或運動鞋
• 登山杖：下坡時可增加穩定性

• At least 1 liter of water
• Snacks or energy bars
• Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat
• Comfortable hiking shoes
• Optional: Hiking poles for downhill stability
