About Us
Southern California Taiwanese Biotechnology Association (SoCal TBA) is a non-profit organization established in 2016 by a group of Taiwanese professionals in Bio-related area. We are a 501(c)(3) organization since 2017. The organization aims to promote the local biotechnology community, provide networking opportunity, and to foster connections between large firms and small start-ups. In addition, SoCal TBA organizes symposiums, workshops, and community events that bring together students, researchers, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals. Through these activities, we strive to create a collaborative platform that encourages knowledge exchange, career development, and cross-regional engagement between Southern California and Taiwan.
