Program Team｜活動企劃組
- Plan event themes, flow, and structure
- Coordinate and schedule speakers and moderators
- Prepare event agendas, slides, and host scripts
- Help run on-site rehearsals and manage live sessions

Promotion Team｜行銷推廣組
- Manage social media accounts
- Draft promotional content
- Design event posters and social posts using Canva
- Design and send email marketing campaigns
- Create and manage the SoCal TBA website

Business Development Team｜商務發展組
- Reach out to and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners
- Create sponsorship proposals and event decks
- Schedule and record meetings with collaborators
- Execute tasks to build up and maintain SoCal TBA membership program
- Member exclusive mentorship program
- Vendor sponsorships for member discounts
- Member analysis and relationship management

Financial Team｜財務組
- Review event budgets and track expenses
- Assist with bookkeeping, reimbursements, and receipt filing
- Help prepare annual or post-event financial reports
- Support payment or check-in logistics during events (if needed)
- 審核活動預算並追蹤支出紀錄
- 協助記帳、報帳與收據歸檔
- 協助準備年度或活動後的財務報告
- 支援活動現場付款或報到流程（如有需要）

Do volunteers need to commit a lot of time each week?

On average, about 1 hour per week. The workload is flexible and depends on your team and assigned tasks.

I don’t live in Southern California. Can I still join?
我不住在南加，也可以參加嗎？
Yes! Many meetings and collaborations are conducted remotely.

Absolutely! We regularly invite active and dedicated volunteers to join the Core Team.
