The 2026 SoCal TBA Mentorship Program is a year-long, community-driven initiative designed to connect students and early-career professionals with experienced mentors across academia, industry, and regulatory sectors.

Launched in celebration of SoCal TBA’s 10th Anniversary, this program highlights the value of learning from diverse professional journeys—including career exploration, transitions, decision-making, and long-term growth. Careers in biotech are rarely linear, and meaningful guidance often comes from real-world experiences and open perspective-sharing.

Through one-to-one mentorship conversations, mentees gain insight into a wide range of career paths, while mentors contribute by sharing their experiences, offering thoughtful guidance, and supporting professional development within a trusted and collaborative community.
