We are actively seeking passionate volunteers like you to join the organizing team and help bring this flagship event to life!
If you’re interested in event planning, expanding your professional network, and gaining hands-on experience in biotech community building, this is the perfect opportunity to get involved.

This Volunteer Info Session & Kickoff will cover:
- Initial planning and preparation process (theme and date TBD)
- Volunteer roles and responsibilities (promotion, sponsorship, agenda, logistics, etc.)
- How you can contribute your skills and time
- Learning, networking, and leadership opportunities for volunteers
